You will have on-going contact with your immediate manager to review your progress and discuss any issues of concern.
In addition, you will participate in the following:
- an induction programme when you join the Group to provide you with a broad understanding of the business;
- a management development workshop to help you develop your skills as a young manager and
- specialised training to meet your individual needs in relation to your role.
As this initial phase of your career with the Group draws to a close, you will take responsibility for your personal and professional development, including professional recognition.
